The Velmirex Tech AI company: who is behind the software
The Velmirex Tech AI company: mission and method
The Velmirex Tech AI company exists to make one thing clear and one thing easy. The clear thing is risk: most retail traders of CFDs lose money, and a tool that makes trading faster also makes mistakes faster. The easy thing is control. You write your limits before any order exists, and the software works inside them.
Our method is to say what the product does, what it costs and where it can hurt you, in that order, before we ask you for anything. If a sentence on this site cannot be checked, we cut it. That is why you will find few adjectives here and a good many links to registers, regulators and brokers' own documents.
What the software actually is
Velmirex Tech AI is rule-based trading software. You choose the risk per trade, from 1% to 5% of your account, along with stop-loss and take-profit levels and the most positions you want open. The software sizes each order to those figures and sends it to an executing broker. A halt control stops new orders at once.
It does not predict prices, learn from your trades or use quantum computing. The "AI" in the name is branding.
Who is behind it
Velmirex Tech AI is a trading name of Quantum Software Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14209581, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. The public register shows its status and filings.
We name the company rather than individuals because the company is the legal party: it is who you contract with and who controls your data. We have not published staff names or biographies here, and we will not invent any.
Where your money sits
With the executing broker, in client accounts under that broker's licence. Not with us. We do not hold, receive or pass on your deposit; it goes from you to the broker.
The broker for your country, with its licence number, is in the table below.
How we make money
Brokers pay us referral fees and rebates when people we introduce open accounts and trade. You pay nothing for the software.
That creates a conflict of interest, and you should weigh it: we earn when you open a live account, and trading is risky for you. So we say it in the strip at the top of every page, we show each broker's own retail loss figure with its source, and our review states that we published it ourselves and that it is not independent.
What we do not do
- We do not hold money or give advice, tips or signals.
- We do not promise returns, or show profit screenshots.
- We do not ask for passwords, card numbers or deposits through this website.
- We do not use countdowns or fake urgency.
- We do not print testimonials, ratings or user counts, because we cannot prove them.
How we think about trust
Trust that cannot be checked is only a slogan. So we give you things to check: a company number and a link to the register, brokers' own loss figures with sources and dates, costs in a plain table, and every simulation labelled illustrative. A date appears on this site only when a person has checked the source. Our Risk Disclosure is the long version of the warning.
When something goes wrong
Write to [email protected]. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 business hours. For a trade or an account, tell the broker too, because it holds those records. If you think a website is pretending to be us, the Contact page says how to report it.
