Velmirex Tech AI support: what to send and where
Velmirex Tech AI support is a small desk, and replies come from people. Write to [email protected] and say what you need in the first line.
Before you write
Most questions are answered on the Home page, in the sixteen questions, or on the Registration page. If your question is about a trade, a balance or a withdrawal, it belongs with your executing broker, which holds those records. We can point you the right way, but we cannot see your broker account.
Please never send passwords, card numbers or identity documents by email. We do not need them.
Complaints
Write to [email protected]. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 business hours. Include your name, the email address you used with us, what happened and what you would like us to do. We answer in writing.
A complaint about a trade or an account may also need to go to your broker and, where one applies, to its ombudsman or dispute scheme.
Support hours
24/5 Trading Desk Support, Monday 00:00 UTC to Friday 24:00 UTC. Markets are closed at the weekend, and so is the desk. Email sent then is read first on Monday.

How to report a fake website or fraud
If a website, advert or message uses our name and is not on our official addresses, forward it to [email protected] with the web address or the sender's details. Do not click anything in it, and do not pay.
If you have already paid, contact your bank or card provider at once, then report it to the police or fraud agency in your country. Our official addresses are:
